The band, led by the Senegalese percussionist Falou Seck joined by young militants of the Paduan jazz scene, was born with the intent of taking the music traditions of West Africa and blend it with different sound from the world, still remaining firmly rooted in its African heritage. A fusion of funk and traditional music, spacing between Afrobeat and Mbalax, leaving enough room for the soloists to improvise. Deep and enthralling music, good for your dancing feet and for a mental journey.
